Young Womxn's Wellness: A three day workshop, on December 28th, 29th, and 30th, will combine elements of our summer camp and fall after school programs for a 3 day program focused on physical, social, emotional, and mental wellness. My aim is to cultivate an opportunity for participants to connect with others from near and afar through activities that facilitate self reflection, fitness, time outdoors, creativity, and more. * Note: the term “womxn” is used as a more inclusive definition of women and non-binary people of all different identities.


Who it is for:

Ages 10-14 (for exceptions consult with me at ky.gouchoehanas@gmail.com)

Cost*: Equity, inclusion, and belonging are among the values and aspirations that motivate my creation of this opportunity. In an effort to make the experience accessible to as many young womxn as possible, the tuition is based on a “fair share” or "pay what you can'' approach, no questions asked. Amount due with registration is $200, $100, $50, or $15.


What to expect: This one day session will run from 9:30-2pm (PST), 10:30-3 (MST), 11:30-4 (CST), and 12:30-5pm (EST) and will include all previous session favorites including yoga, fitness, journal writing, art projects, cooking/baking, and more.
